Send me an angel investor

In my struggle of finding an angel investor (ملاك مستثمر) to invest in one of my websites, the only angel I was able to find was the death angel :D

So I was listening to Scorpions song “Send me an angel” and the following lyrics came into my mind, some will find it stupid and maybe funny but who cares :D

Hope you will like it, I call it “Send me an angel investor”

The lyrics:

Business man said, “Just walk this way
To the dawn of the wealth
The money will blow into your face
As the VCs pass you by”

“Check your email from your laptop
It’s the call of business plan
Close your Facebook and you will find
Time to focus on your plan”

Here I am
Will you send me an angel investor?
Here I am
In the land of the broken dreams

Business man said, “Just find your place
In the MENA or KSA
Seek the investors along the way
Just beware of phony gray heads”

Here I am
Will you send me an angel investor?
Here I am
in the land of the broken dreams

Business man said, “Just upload your website
And reach out for the hits
Find the door to the investors land
Just believe in your plans”

Here I am
Will you send me an angel investor?
Here I am
in the land of the broken dreams

Gamblers All – Charles Bukowski

sometimes you climb out of bed in the morning and you think,
I’m not going to make it, but you laugh inside
remembering all the times you’ve felt that way, and
you walk to the bathroom , do your toilet, see that face
in the mirror, oh my oh my oh my, but you comb your hair anyway,
get into your street clothes, feed the cats, fetch the newspaper of horror, place it on the coffee table, kiss your wife goodbye, and then you are backing the car out into life itself,
like millions of others you enter the arena once more.

you are on the freeway threading through traffic now,
moving both towards something and towards nothing at all as you punch
the radio on and get Mozart, which is something, and you will somehow
get through the slow days and the busy days and the dull
days and the hateful days and the rare days, all both so delightful
and so disappointing because
we are all so alike and so different.

you find the turn-off, drive through the most dangerous
part of town, feel momentarily wonderful as Mozart works
his way into your brain and slides down along your bones and
out through your shoes.

it’s been a tough fight worth fighting
as we all drive along
betting on another day.

  • New Super power

I wish I have a super power that give me the ability to change my mind and body state!
    for an example:
After waking up early morning and going to job and having my cup of tea and sitting behind my computer to start coding.
I close my eyes and start state control.
Then I choose the following states:
Mind : Sleeping for 8 hours.
Body : working normally as If am awake and able to work and talk to people.
after 8 hours a trigger is pulled and I back to the normal state.
and whats nice about this power is that I can remember every single thing I did from work and any discussions made!
Then I can leave to home very happy for sleeping another 8 hours!!!

Why humans cant have such powers?? :(

  • Why 99% I’m not gonna marry an Arab girl

I started to feel am getting old in age, life is getting boring everyday.
I may started to feel lonely and started to feel the need for a girl in my life.
I need some real descent relation in my life, that may be translated into marriage!!
I know am crazy but yeah marriage!!!
So whats next? start looking around for candidates!
    reality hits here!!!
    No candidates :D
    Why?
I’m an average Jordanian Muslim guy, my family too. we are neither
rich or poor, we are in the middle, and being in the middle is so hard, you wanna
move up and forward and you cant look down, and you cant step back at any cost! even if the cost was marriage itself.
Honestly I cant marry Jordanian girl, cause she and her family will swallow me like if I was a panadol pill.
    Truth hurts I know!
but Why not a girl from here? I will tell you why:
1- One of her parents if not both, are greedy.
was asking some girl what is the “MAHIR” your family requires?
she said maybe 3000 JD plus the “JHAZ and shitty stuff” , I felt am talking to some merchant owner! or you can say a prostitute!! yes prostitute sorry!!
2- 90% are narrow and old fashioned minded.
    3- Shallowness.
    4- Brain washed.
    5-Incapable of making decisions.
Girls are 2 types, either a puppet or a master of other puppets!!!
6- Not welcoming the idea of salary sharing.
7- Most of them don’t have a goal in life or dreams but to get marry and have children!
8-they say they ambitions, but when you ask her what is your dreams, she just shut-up.
9-They want to live like their mothers and grand-mothers, they are not thinking to break the cycle and search for different life.
10-they dunno the meaning of adventures.
11-they want to be equal with men, they study go to universities and work as men, secure good positions and some times they own businesses, but when it comes to marriage, they hate equality :D , how ironic.
Believe me I have millions of other reasons!!

I was so crazy to think of marriage.
I came back to my mind and I will never think of it again!

My post does not apply for all girls, am not stereo typing here!
    but majority are :(

I will appreciate sharing with me your thoughts.

  • That’s it!! enough!

Am so sick of being here living here everyday!! dealing with this shit on daily basis
dealing with nonprofessional people all the time! working with no quality people!!!
professionalism is missing from our life! in the street in work in the mall at any place you may go to!
customer service is just a word we speak!
day after day I become more disappointed about the whole situation here, I cant see any hope for the future
for this country to get better!!
as long as the majority here had no quality we will never change or get better!
for an example and believe me there are millions of them, if I started to talk I will never shut down!

Went to Reebok with my friend at Mecca mall to buy some stuff, so at the cache a girl working there told us that they are missing the serial number of this item so she cant provide us with price!!!
then with confidence she said please come tomorrow in order to have it we will have the price ready!!!
What the fuck r u talking about!!! come tomorrow! the item price is 75JD not 2JD from Abu 3abid store!!!
I told her noway we are coming back! call your stupid managers of you to get the price!!
then she said our HQ is at Dubai!!!
    So what call them!!!
she found it easier for us to come tomorrow instead of calling her stupid managers at Dubai!!
fuck them man!! I regret the moment I went to buy something from there!

OK different story, recently am looking for a car, so I went to Opel to see their cars, while am there some of their cars does not seem like brand new, so I asked the guy working there,
are all cars here new or there are some used cars?
then he gave me the “Dawaween” look with the “dawaween” accent said “Inta sho ra2yak?!??!”
I replied am very sorry thanks for your support see you later.
he didnt even try to say anything and left away!

I worked in many companies in my life, and am wondering how the hell most of them secure good
    titles and salaries!
the hell they don’t know what they doing!!! most of them have no quality and not even close to professionalism!
Am not asking for perfection but at least something normal!!!

here you cant work like normal people!! I really wish to have a real job someday with a real smart people,
people who are looking for change looking for future, not people living in a daily basis chaos!

If you want to eat at any restaurant here in Jordan either low or high class, service sucks all the time, from the moment you pace inside to the moment you leave

Seriously I don’t wanna live among this community no more,, I really dunno how to break through?
please don’t tell me to try to change it, cause its a hopeless case, it’s a lose-lose situation!

Am so sad it was destined for me to born and live here, am so sad!!
    really this is enough :(

  • Amman a huge graveyard

While coming back to Jordan on a plane feeling happy that you missed her, you start approaching Amman
you look down through your window, you say DAMN!
what a huge graveyard! dont you ever said that or at least got the feeling??
plus its a real graveyard for youth for dreams and hope, no wonder the majority wants to leave it and live some place else.
Me and many of my fiends wanna immigrate to a better places like Newzeland for an example!!
    Hopefully it works someday!!

  • Sorry for myself…

Lately I was reading deeply about LHC (Large Hadron Collider).
and to be honest I was impressed of what these folks have done so far.
frankly I envy them! for the level they reach in their life, a level where they want to discover new thing and prove the big bang theory!!

in a 27 km tunnel, 100m underground they want to accelerate 2 protons to the nearest level of “light speed” and then bnag bang!!!
huge computers will be monitoring the collision results and hopefully they will get what they want!
    hopefully no black holes :D

on the other hand my colleges at work were talking about (Bab 2l7ara) and (Nour and Muhanad)
when i toled them about LHC they didn’t believe it and start laughing about it!
I really feel sorry for them for our Arabic and Islamic Nation for the emptiness our youth suffering from!
I feel sorry for the old fashioned educational systems we have in our schools and universities!
I feel sorry for each smart person who got lost and confused cause of no jobs no money cause of old stupid people who don’t know how to use a computer WHO for sorrow leads us!!
and i feel sorry for myself!!

  • Jordanian IT Girls

After working with maktoob.com I found that more than 90% of girls working in this lovely sector
    are not really girls?!?
why its hard to find a girl like the marketing and sales girl working as a developer?
why they are not friendly at all?
does the computer change something in their minds and the way they think??
    I really doubt it.
mostly all of my friends who are working in the same sector do agree.
is there any reason for this??
