Building websites with a lot of client script like javascript may be a nightmare sometimes!
there is a big possibility that the client disabled the javascript by mistake or does not know whats javascript is!
so am wondering when browsers like firefox IE or Opera will make javascript support as an mandatory thing, and the end-user will never ever be able to disable it?
or what could replace javascript??

I think we should stop using regular JavaScript codes and start using JQuery library, much better, faster and more reliable. the code is even lighter and smaller.
microsoft is seriously thinking about Adding JQuery as a default javascript-Ajax library…which is great badal el crappy microsoft Ajax framework they already use!!! 3aggadni mn el Ajax o youmo when i used it
Well, am talking about fully javascript replacement, jquery is good but if you disable javascript from your browser jquery wont work!!!
I never heard of MS ajax framework, could you tell us a little about it??
This guy, ScottGu, is one of the main developers of the MVC framework at Microsoft.
Check out this link:
http://weblogs.asp.net/scottgu/archive/2008/09/28/jquery-and-microsoft.aspx
He announced that Microsoft will be shipping jQuery with Visual Studio going forward. they will distribute the jQuery JavaScript library as-is, and will not be forking or changing the source from the main jQuery branch. The files will continue to use and ship under the existing jQuery MIT license.
Oh ur asking about Microsoft Ajax framework, I thought ur asking about Microsoft adding jquery to visual studio
anyway, its a crapy framework, heavy, slow and complicated, check it out:
http://www.asp.net/ajax/
but after 6 month suffering with it, i don’t recommand it at all.
JQuery rocks
Am not a big fan of MS at all, I hate them honestly!
