Am so sick of being here living here everyday!! dealing with this shit on daily basis
dealing with nonprofessional people all the time! working with no quality people!!!
professionalism is missing from our life! in the street in work in the mall at any place you may go to!
customer service is just a word we speak!
day after day I become more disappointed about the whole situation here, I cant see any hope for the future
for this country to get better!!
as long as the majority here had no quality we will never change or get better!
for an example and believe me there are millions of them, if I started to talk I will never shut down!
Went to Reebok with my friend at Mecca mall to buy some stuff, so at the cache a girl working there told us that they are missing the serial number of this item so she cant provide us with price!!!
then with confidence she said please come tomorrow in order to have it we will have the price ready!!!
What the fuck r u talking about!!! come tomorrow! the item price is 75JD not 2JD from Abu 3abid store!!!
I told her noway we are coming back! call your stupid managers of you to get the price!!
then she said our HQ is at Dubai!!!
So what call them!!!
she found it easier for us to come tomorrow instead of calling her stupid managers at Dubai!!
fuck them man!! I regret the moment I went to buy something from there!
OK different story, recently am looking for a car, so I went to Opel to see their cars, while am there some of their cars does not seem like brand new, so I asked the guy working there,
are all cars here new or there are some used cars?
then he gave me the “Dawaween” look with the “dawaween” accent said “Inta sho ra2yak?!??!”
I replied am very sorry thanks for your support see you later.
he didnt even try to say anything and left away!
I worked in many companies in my life, and am wondering how the hell most of them secure good
titles and salaries!
the hell they don’t know what they doing!!! most of them have no quality and not even close to professionalism!
Am not asking for perfection but at least something normal!!!
here you cant work like normal people!! I really wish to have a real job someday with a real smart people,
people who are looking for change looking for future, not people living in a daily basis chaos!
If you want to eat at any restaurant here in Jordan either low or high class, service sucks all the time, from the moment you pace inside to the moment you leave
Seriously I don’t wanna live among this community no more,, I really dunno how to break through?
please don’t tell me to try to change it, cause its a hopeless case, it’s a lose-lose situation!
Am so sad it was destined for me to born and live here, am so sad!!

Man .. I hear you, and I can totally feel you, we are living this shit day after day !!! But as a start let me say something, i’ve been in some Arabic countries and trust me here is much better than other places, and you can’t compare here to Europe, you have to be fair & logical dude … but that doesn’t mean you are wrong, I agree with all what you said, and I can give you 1000 examples also … but .. you can’t ask for professionalism when people have no idea what the fuck the word polite means, man some guy killed his brother for a can of oil!!! Dads are raping their daughters, government are eating the people alive & you ask for professionalism; its like a big Zoo every one is trying to eat the others … man .. take it or leave it but trust me never never try to change it .. you can’t …

But believe me we are facing those issues every day and every momento specially in arab coutries..
But for me in such situations a clean the ground with the person who will do such an action with me,And I did it because there is no more peaceful way to talk to them, 5alas t3awado 3al bahdaleh,..
Take this story happened to me here in saudi arabia before 3 weeks ago:
I was in Jeddah spending the weekend there,My brother there in Jeddah has completed his tawjihi studying and I booked a ticket with an OK status for him to Amman on SAMA airlines -a private saudi airline party- before 3 weeks of his flight date. That day came and we went to the airport before 2 hours. The good about SAMA airlines they don’t have the ‘Waiting List System’ that means once you have a ticket then you will fly 100% and no body will take your seat if you didn’t come and if you missed the plane it will takeoff with your seat remains empty.What happened my friend!!! we arrived and directly went to the counter where you have to get the boarding number,,what shocked me is there were no employees to serve the passengers!!!me and other 6 passengers were looking for some one to talk to us!! I said what irresponsibility and silly people are those! finally we found someone to talk to, he said that the only one who will serve you is not here he is outsite inside the airplane accompanying a group of Iraqi people..!!! they supervisor there talked to him and told him to come to the office because there are 10 passengers waiting and are going to amman.He responded ‘Ok I will come in minutes..’ It was 7:15PM and the plane will take off at 8:10PM.. we all kept waiting and the time is running on and no body just care of us,every body says its not me ,,not my responsibility…Ofcourse what happened is just the time come and the plane left, and MR.Supervisor didn’t show up until 9:00PM !!!!!!! Really thats what happened…we were v.v.v.pest of him,, waiting for him in the office to find why and how and what will happen to us..When he came the ugly supervisor he was just like an animal irresposible impolite..he did not say any thing or even look at us, he sat down and started to wirte on the paper and he seems very busy, and his pockets seems to be full of money papers..any way… The first word he said ” hey one of you passengers ,go down and ask and search if there are any comming flights to Amman on Saudi air lines..” He didn’t complete his word and I stand up of my chair and yelled on him infront of all the passengers ‘Hey you shame on you, you are a silly guy,it is your responsibility ,you are just mixing the work with shit dont speak any word ,we are not playing here,and all the passengers started shouting ,,yelling .. but he was so cold and said ok ok we will solve it come tomorrow and you will go to amman ‘ simply he answered we will try to find a flight to you…He was so cold that I wanted to kick him in the ass…it is like nightmare… Is this all about money,,, fuck arab mentality,,,really sucks…….
Thats what happened to me and my brother,, but next day I went to airport and kept weaiting and took the next flight finally…But this will not happen in any airport other than arabs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know It took so much long writing,,sorry for this, but I had to do it..
